So, what is Income Protection?
Income Protection insurance cover provides you with income, for a maximum period of two years, in the event a protracted sickness or injury means you're unable to work and earn income. The maximum Income Protection available for Total Disability is a monthly benefit of 75% of your pre-disability income (excluding mandated superannuation contributions) up to a maximum of $20,000 per month.
