Under superannuation law, we can only release your super to you on the grounds of severe financial hardship if you can meet specific eligibility criteria. Making Contributions

This if for employers to send to max when they make employee contributions, so we know which employee(s) to allocate the money to. Download
You can make personal contribution as per the guidance from ATO.
Get all the how-to info on growing your superannuation with rollovers and contributions. It’s also included in the Voluntary Contribution kit. Download
If you’re self-employed and want to claim a tax deduction for any personal contributions, you’ll need to complete this form and send it to us at the end of the financial year (30 June). Download from ATO.
You can make regular contributions from your after-tax income directly from your bank account via direct debit. It’s an easy way to keep your super growing. Just download a Direct Debit form.
